The Double Dutch Dual Pannier is built on the proven pannier design found in Holland and is regarded as the most popular and successful bike rack bag design available. Of course, we have given it an upcycled twist by making it out of cool repurposed materials. With easy over-the-rack mounting with simple cinch straps and Hook & Loop, it easily mounts to any bicycle with a rear bike rack. It can also be carried as a briefcase when off the bike.
