Not as well made as I expected

Received two bags as a present last fall from my partner, both haven't held up well (after complicated exchange of a bag that had arrived damaged to begin with). This one I had used maybe 15 to 20 times, then the top half of the snap fastener came off (and the inner fabric tore). Certainly won't purchase Ag bags again (and we had bought two bags before).
