The billfold is perfect. It replaces an Alchemy bicycle tire billfold I bought as a gift for my husband more than a decade ago. That one had had a great deal of wear and was still usable, but definitely due to retire. He loves how compact these are and the fact they remind him of his favorite sport.
My favorite wallet.
I've had this wallet for about 4 months, and I like it. The cards stick a little because it's made of rubber and not leather, but I like it. Actually, either I've gotten used to it or it's worn in a little because I kind of like it now.
The one thing that I would definitely change is the height. It needs to be about 1/8" or 1/4" taller. It just barely doesn't cover the cash and the cards on the top slots. It seems like they just need to make it a little taller and everything would be great. I would have given it 5 stars if that weren't the case.
Firstly let me just say I used to appreciate leather wallets, and at one time I had a wallet that I fortunate enough to purchase on a family vacation in Sicily, Italy. After about 3 years it started to fall apart.
My mom got this for me a different version of this inner tube wallet for my high school graduation nearly 10 years ago. It has the reflective color at the fold of the wallet instead, and has aged beautifully. Anyways, a tiny hole at the corner fold of the wallet has finally appeared. I don't want to replace it just yet, but I'm buying another just in case because I cannot live without this wallet!
